1. Contractors must meet the minimum eligibility criteria set out below before they can be considered for convocation. All CONTRACTORS are required to keep abreast of the convening/revalidation rules from time to time. The applicant must have and submit the convocation documents listed in the following paragraphs. Hiring contractors is made to have a list of suitable and competent contractors ready for DCW&E, DRDO works in such a way as to minimize the time it takes to check the contractors` references at the time of tendering for individual work. DCW&E, DRDO is recruiting contractors who intend to carry out work for DCW&E, DRDO. At the same time, only contractors who continue to be active and achieve good results can submit bids. The inclusion of a contractor in the appropriate category does not authorize the shooter to submit bids. Contractors may be removed from the approved list if they are inactive and/or whose performance in quality and time does not meet the expectations of DCW&E, DRDO or commits a medical error.

The details under the different categories / services for which the convocation / re-validation will be carried out are given as follows: 3. The average annual financial turnover of the CONTRACTORS over the last 3 years, ending on the 31st, should be at least 30% of the value of the respective classes for which the convocation is requested. This limit is modified by the convening authorities for administrative and other reasons. Any Indian natural person, sole proprietorship, partnership, public limited company or limited liability company may apply to be accepted as a contact person with DCW&E, DRDO in accordance with these guidelines, provided that the eligibility criteria and other conditions are met. Sponsored shooters must adhere to all policies contained herein and as amended from time to time during the currency of their convocation. 6. The new applicant shall retain the minimum technical staff on his roles/forces as indicated for each category and class for the requested summons. 5. Solvency certificates of registered banks/financial institutions with a value of 40 % of the respective classes for which registration is applied for shall be submitted. In the last seven years, works successfully completed a) 3 works of at least 40% value in each or b) 2 works of at least 50% value in each or c) 1 work of at least 80% value, all for the respective class. 2. Registration for PF, ESI, work license and other important records such as service tax, etc. according to existing rules, which are amended from time to time. In the case of a pending registration, proof of submission must be provided.
